1. AGV anti-collision protection failure
When the AGV is in normal operation and the bumper in its forward direction is collided, the AGV will decelerate to stop and display a bumper on the display screen. When the bumped object is removed, select the display screen The "Confirm" button in the collision dialog box (if no other operations are performed, press the Enter button directly) to resume automatic operation.
Note: When the AGV is tracking the light target for assembly, the bumper does not work. When the bumper running in the forward direction collides, the AGV only alarms with an audible signal.
2. Protection fault of AGV collision avoidance scheduling
During the operation of the system, the AGV console will calculate the distance between each AGV in real time based on the position value reported by the AGV. When the distance between the AGVs in the two operating systems is shorter than the set safety distance, the AGV console will It will automatically suspend the AGV (suspend) in the running direction. At this time, the AGV suspends operation and continues to communicate with the console. The AGV display still shows "automatic operation". The AGV console shows that the AGV is the console. The current vehicle is suspended. When running over a safe distance of two AGVs, the console will automatically notify the suspended AGV to resume operation.
Note: The safety distance of the AGV in the assembly road is relatively short. If you want to exit the automatic operation when the console is paused, you can set the AGV status switch to the waiting state, then press the AGV emergency stop button, and press the menu prompt on the display to operate.
3. Protection failure of AGV communication interruption
The normally running AGV communicates with the console every about 1 second and reports the position and status information. When the AGV does not receive a signal from the console for 3 seconds during the automatic operation, the AGV automatically stops and displays "communication interruption" , The operator must power off the AGV and power it on again.
During the AGV tracking and assembly process, if the console does not receive the signal sent by the European armor AGV within 3 seconds, the console will stop the process chain. When the fault is eliminated (AGV comes back online or cancels the login), press on the console "Confirm" button (press Enter directly when the dialog box is valid) to resume production line operation.
Note: When the AGV is in the process of tracking and assembly, it will not stop when the AGV communication is interrupted, and will continue to track the optical target.
4. AGV assembly distance over-limit protection failure
When the AGV is performing assembly operations on the assembly road, the allowed length of the assembly road is set to 19 meters. When the AGV runs on the assembly road for more than 18 meters and the tracking has not been completed, the AGV will remind with a sound alarm and continue to track the light target. If the tracking is not completed at 19 meters, the AGV will automatically stop and notify the console to stop the operation of the process chain. The operator should assemble the work manually, then put the AGV back online, eliminate the alarm dialog at the console, and resume the production line.
5. The AGV is mounted on the body and the light target is not installed.
When the body is installed in place, AGV enters the assembly section from station 2. In the assembly section, the AGV begins to detect the light target signal. When no light target is detected within a certain distance (the detection distance is set according to the speed of the process chain), the AGV will automatically stop the light target and notify the console Stop the process chain. If the light target is not installed in the assembly car, the light target should be installed to the designated position, the AGV should be manually opened to the No. 4 station, and the alarm dialog box should be eliminated at the console to resume the operation of the production line; if the light target is damaged or owed When the power is switched on, the light target should be replaced and the operation resumed as described above; if the AGV did not catch up, the vehicle box should be assembled, then the tracking light target should be manually online after completing the assembly task, the AGV should be online again, and the alarm dialogue should be eliminated at the console Box to resume production line operation.
6. AGV optical target loss failure
After the AGV starts to track the light target for assembly, if the light target signal is lost, the AGV will sound the alarm. After 3 seconds of the alarm, if the EUV AGV has not detected the light target signal, the AGV will automatically stop and notify the console Stop the process chain. After completing the assembly task, the tracking light target should be manually online, and the AGV should be online again, and the alarm dialog box should be eliminated at the console to resume the operation of the production line.
7. The distance between the front AGV and the rear AGV does not meet the requirements
When there are more than two AGVs in the assembly road for assembly operations, when the distance between the two AGVs is shorter than the non-safety distance (minimum anti-collision distance) for some reason, the console will stop the operation of the process chain. It is still synchronized with the light target. If it is caused by the parking of the preceding vehicle for any reason, you should first eliminate the failure of the preceding vehicle, make the preceding vehicle operate normally, and then eliminate the alarm dialog box at the console to resume the operation of the production line.
8. AGV servo failure
When the AGV has a servo failure during the assembly process, the AGV will automatically stop and notify the console to stop the operation of the process chain. The maintenance personnel shall be notified to determine the specific cause of the failure, and after the failure is eliminated, the normal operation of the production line shall be restored.
Note: The servo failure of AGV in other non-assembly roads does not stop the process chain.
9. AGV emergency stop protection
When the AGV fails during operation, you can press the AGV's emergency stop switch to force the AGV to stop. When there is a problem in the AGV tracking assembly process without notification to the console, you can press the AGV emergency stop switch to force the AGV to stop, and press the emergency stop button of the process chain to stop the operation of the process chain. Under normal conditions of the system, if the AGV emergency stop is pressed during the assembly process, the console will also stop the process chain operation after the AGV is stopped. It can only be eliminated at the console after the AGV is back online or the login is cancelled Alarm dialog box to resume production line operation.
